Description:
Remington Model 12B (Gallery Special) nickel platted chambered for .22short only. Matching serial number 702978 outside on the receiver and inside on the guard would indicate firearm was manufactured in 1927 per Remington Records. Stock and forearm are in excellent condition with minor handling marks from normal use, no cracks or gouges. Original nickel was deplated and restored by Firearm Refinishing & Restoration. Receiver and barrel have several spots of very light pitting. Bore is in fair to good condition, not dark but not shinny. Has light scratching the length of the bore as if maybe over cleaned. Does have visible rifling. Postal Money Oder / Certified Check only. Buyer pays fixed amount of $40.00 for shipping and insurance (Alaska / Hawaii extra). No international sales.
