We offer you a “Gorgeous” Remington Model 700 Sporter BDL Custom Deluxe Bolt Action Rifle Chambered .223 that was made in 1991.
This model 700 was made at the height of quality at Remington Arms in January of 1991. The 31 year old rifle is in excellent condition as you can see. It is all original with no alterations and still wears the front sight hood. Most .223 rifles you see are the heavy barrel Varmint version, not the Sporter as this one is. This BDL Deluxe features the Monte Carlo Walnut stock with the gloss finish and skip-line checkering with accenting black tip and cap. The stock shows some light use marks in the stock most of which would polish out if so desired. The metal finish is in excellent condition with no real distracting marks or wear. The 24 inch barrel has an excellent bore with no issues as you would expect on a rifle that has seen very little use as this one has. The receiver is marked “C6627719 REMINGTON / MODEL 700”. The left side of the barrel is marked with the warning above “REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY, INC. ILION, N.Y. U.S.A.” and “223 REM”. The left side of the chamber has inspection marks and the “BL” date code. The right side of the barrel is marked with the magnaflux mark, Remington “REM” proof and the test mark. On the bolt is the matching hand scribed number “7719”. The white in the markings is grease pencil that can be removed with gun oil, rag and elbow grease.
This will be shipped fully insured UPS Ground to your FFL for $60. It will be shipped in a double walled foam lined cardboard box that we have manufactured for us so that your gun arrives safe.
