Description:
SOLD! Winchester 1876 Deluxe 50 Cal express. The rifle comes with a Cody Factory Letter that details the special features found on this particular rifle.
It has a round 22" barrel rather than the std 26" for the Express Cal. The barrel is also matted, a very rare option for any 76. Correct 1876 sporting sight. Plain Trigger.
Checkered stock. A desirable shotgun butt and a nice piano finsh thats very good condition with a few flaws evident.Its casehardened also.
The letter states Engraved $5.00. I have carefully removed the side covers and verified a matching stamped number matching the ser. number of the rifle.
This was often done to keep the engraved parts from getting mixed up. I have had this in my collection for several years but time has come to pass it on.
