Description:
This nice Walker replica is 44 caliber and has a 9 inch barrel and an excellent bore. The barrel, wedge, trigger and cylinder retain 98% of their original blue finish with tiny specks of oxidation staining and a few light handling marks. The frame, hammer and loading lever have smoky gray case-hardened colors and the brass triggerguard is a dull goldenrod color with a couple of light patches of verdigris. The barrel is marked U.S. / 1847 above the wedge pin screw and the cylinder cavalry scene with "Colt Patent" and Model U.S.M.R" banners remain crisp and the smooth Walnut grip rates excellent. This gun is cased and comes with a Colt marked replica bullet mold and a contemporary powder flask. The case is made of Oak and has the key.
