SOLD SOLD SOLD This gun has had a rough life. It has extensive pitting on the left side of the barrel that extends onto the frame. The pitts appear to have been made by blood being left on the surface for an extended time. There is about half of the silver plating left on the trigger-guard and frame. The gun is fully functional and operates as designed and the action is tight. There is a small chip missing from the right side of the toe on the grip. All numbers match. The gun was made in 1858, an early pre-Civil War gun that has a lot of history if we could only find it out..
