A Rare & Early Civil War Mass Arms Co. Maynard Primed Pocket Revolver With Manually Operated Cylinder In Very Nice Untouched Condition. The Serial # is 443 and the gun has all matching numbers. The gun is all original and complete. There were only 900 made in the 1850's. The revolver has fine metal and markings including a very clear cylinder scene. The frame, back strap, and maynard primer door all have fine engraving on them. All of the metal on the gun has an untouched natural darkening patina on it. All screws are fine. The grips are fine throughout and retain their original factory varnish. It has a very nice action and bore. The cylinder is rotated by pushing up on the button inside the upper part of the trigger guard. This Is A Fine Untouched Example Of A Scarce Mass Arms Co.
