Description:
A Scarce & Early Civil War First Model "Philadelphia Address" Cooper Percussion Revolver In Fine Untouched Condition. The Serial # is 229 and the gun has all matching numbers. The gun is all original and complete. Only 400 made in early 1864.The revolver has fine plus metal & markings throughout with crisp edges. The barrel and cylinder on the gun retain lots of original blue throughout which is thinning into a natural plum patina. The frame, loading lever, and hammer all have mottled case colors on them. All screws are fine with color. The backstrap and trigger guard have a wonderful patina on them. The original wood grips are mint throughout and retains their original factory finish on them. The bore and action are both excellent in the gun. This Is A Very Difficult & Scarce Civil War Percussion Cooper Revolver To Find Especially In This Fine Condition!
