Winchester Model 70 SN# 259259 Made in 1953. Up for sale is a very clean Winchester Model 70 chambered for the excellent .30/06 cartridge. This fine rifle is equipped with the high comb stock introduced in 1952 and the standard 24" barrel. The original Winchester deep blued metal finish is clean and the walnut stock carries most of the factory original color and excellent finish along with the original steel buttplate.. This rifle comes with Redfield two piece scope mounts. The rifle barrel bore is clean and shows little sign of being fired as rifling is sharp. No Calif. buyers. Please add 45.00 freight and ins.
