Payment Types Accepted: Postal Money Order Description: SOLD!!! This is a high condition Marlin lever action carbine chambered for the 35 Remington cartdrige. This model was designated the 336 SC, which stood for (SPORTING CARBINE), with the 20" barrel and 2/3 magazine for lighter weight. This was a great choice for a potent brush gun that was easy to maneuver in tight spaces. This gun with the H prefix in the S/N indicates a build date of 1951. Gun has all the original finishes to the wood and metal, and remains in excellent overall condition. This gun was built when they still used the Ballard rifling, (pre Micro Grove). Bore is excellent, and she has the original sight package with the front sight hood intact. The gun has a period Weaver 1.5X scope, with duplex crosshairs, and sits on see-through mounts. The waffle top of the receiver has been drilled and taped for the scope mounts, as this feature was not factory done until 1956. This is a 70 year old carbine that is near impossible to find in this condition!!. $850.00 I prefer Postal Money Orders or Certified Funds, unless otherwise agreed. Ships free to lower 48 states.
