Description:
Built in the mid 1950’s this extremely rare Pre Model 20 AKA 38/44 Heavy Duty is equipped with 6 1/2” barrel, original blue finish and checkered walnut diamond magna grips. Knowledgable collectors are aware the majority of Heavy Duty models are equipped with a 5” barrel with few in 4” and hardly any made with a 6 1/2”. This original long barrel retains 99% of the original satin blue finish showing only the faintest of collector type handling evidence. Overall an extremely hard to find N-Frame variant that will have a special place in any collection.
