Description:
This Winchester "Legendary Frontiersman" is in very good overall condition. Wood is solid and excellent with only a small ding on toe of buttstock. Blue and bore are excellent. Coin finish on receiver has discolored with age. Bottom tang and right butt stock appear to have gotten wet at some point and checkering is discolored with some deep pitting in tang. Gun has partial half sleeve from original box with foam insert having a large chunk broken. No papers. .38-55 Winchester
