Description:
This Ruger No. 1 was manufactured in 1974 and remains in excellent overall condition. European Walnut is solid and excellent showing only light age marks. Gun is nicely checkered with excellent blue and bore. Farquharson lever shows some light wear on edges. Butt pad has been replaced with a Pachmayr checkered black presentation model. I wish I knew the story behind this gun....one of the finest falling block action rifles ever! Absolutely beautiful. .30-06 Springfield
