Description:
30-30 Win, serial number D51XX. 26" octagon barrel, rifle buttplate. Appears all original except for sights and finish added. Receiver light patina, no blue remains, light freckle pitting in places. Barrel 40% thinning blue with patches of light rust freckling. Magazine tube 50% blue. Aftermarket semi-buckhorn rear sight and unmarked front sight. Bore is very good, minor pitting. Sound, solid mechanical. Correct buttstock shows wear, possible finish added. "05CP" stamped on both sides of stock and forend, probable rack mark. Possible continentail railroad. Forend shows wear and continual splitting on both sides. Forend also shows softened gauging. Remains serviceable. Sold AS-IS. More photos on request. Please contact for shipping and insurance.
