Serial #00003ZN86A, .45-90 Black Powder, 26 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is the Limited Series Winchester Deluxe Model Takedown 1886 rifle manufactured in Japan for Winchester by Miroku. With a limited production run of no more than 201 guns this is serial #3 featuring a half octagon / half round barrel. The gun is in excellent, like new, condition and does not appear to have been used since leaving the factory. The metal surfaces on the gun are in excellent condition with virtually all, 99% plus original blue with some minor handling blemishes and still has the original barrel tag sticker. The walnut stock and forearm are likewise excellent with almost no sign of handling. The gun is sighted with a buckhorn rear and brass bead front sight and is equipped with a tang safety. It comes in the original cardboard box that is numbered to the gun with the original paper work, Limited Series certificate and instruction manual. These classic Winchester models combine the precision of fine Japanese craftsmanship with the original Winchester design for an excellent modern rifle. FFL $1995
