Description:
This is a nice vintage leather holster with an 8 inch long pouch and 5 inches wide at the throat. It is in very good condition and has been sitting in a drawer for many, many years. The leather is in remarkably good condition and the holster itself seems not to have been used very much. Nice for the collector, or re-enactor. This is a old western double loop style holster. Barely visible on the back of the holster, it is marked with a model number "404 1/2 C" and Caliber number "38". It is a perfect fit for a Colt Lighting, a Cimarron Lightning a Colt Scout a Belgium copy of Colt Lightning with a 4 3/4 inch barrel. The leather is in great shape and has a century of use in it yet. All stitches are tight and has no breaks or tears. My irons not included.
