The US Marine Corps even used the Winchester Model 70 in Vietnam, and in Pre-64 configuration long after they had been discontinued by Winchester. Imagine owning the bolt-action rifle in which ALL OTHER bolt-action rifles are compared. This rifle is in excellent condition for being afield for 69 years, used...but not abused. She was built in standard configuration and chambered in .270 Winchester there is no animal in North America that it cannot put down....and at long range! There is absolutely no substitute. $70 Shipping due to weight.
