Description:
SOLD. This custom pre-64 Winchester action chambered in 375 H&H wears a lighter contour number 2 Lilja barrel with barrel band and NECG Classic express folding leaf rear sight and front sight with white bead. Soft matte bluing is excellent and in 100% condition. The walnut stock is hand checkered and fitted with a rosewood forend cap. Stock has some light handling marks from taking in and out of safe. I tried to capture the worse ones in the closeup pictures on both sides of the receiver. These are minor. No major issues. Action is a post-64 Controlled Round Feeding (pre-64 style) action, serial number G327196. Gun has beautiful matte finished bottom metal and a Jewell adjustable trigger. Steel pistol grip cap and inlayed rear sling attachment with timed screws. Action work and chambering done by Greg Tannel. Talley scope bases are included. Barrel length is 24" and Length of Pull is standard 13.5 inches. Weight of rifle is exactly 8 lbs. Please feel free to email with any questions. $65 insured shipping in a plastic hard case to CONUS. I also have a Zeiss Conquest DL scope in 3-12X50 with the illuminated #60 reticle mounted in a set of Talley QD rings for this rifle that I would sell to the Buyer for an additional $850 plus shipping in it's original box with Zeiss paperwork.
