Marlin 39A Lever Action Rifle MFG 1955 .22 S, L, LR, 24" HVY bbl, shiny bore, good rifling, "JM" in an oval on right side of barrel near the chamber, barrel is drilled and tapped for a scope rail, V notch rear sight, bead front sight, blued finish, nice smooth grip stock - forearm, moderate use marks, LOP - 13 1/4", black forearm cap, and black Marlin butt plate. This is an Oldie-But-Goodie. Great rifle for fun on the range or your next outing.
