Remington Model 12B – Gallery Special – chambered for .22 short. Matching serial number 588203 outside on the receiver and inside on the guard would indicate firearm was manufactured in 1921. Stright stock (only 10% produced) vs. pistol grip. Stock and forearm are in excellent condition with very few light handing mark. No cracks or gouges. Firearm retains the majority of original bluing with no rust or pitting.
Bore is bright and shiny with visible rifling, no pitting or corrosion. Firearm was test fired and functioned as it should. Smooth action and takedown tight. Firearm was very well taken care of by previous owner / owners and is an extremely high-quality Model 12B Gallery. Postal Money Order / Certified Check only.
