This is, as you can see, a Premier Grade 83. In the factory original box, with the manual, test target, tools and extra V notch rear sight. The revolver has had an action job, has a special order 5 1/2" barrel, black micarta grips, extra fiber optic front sight. Complete package, excellent condition overall. $55 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
