Description:
This Winchester Model 70 was manufactured in 1971 and remains in very good overall condition. Wood is solid and without cracks, showing some flaking finish with many scratches and use marks. Barrel has several small spots of light pitting and scratches. Front sight hood is missing. Trigger guard and floorplate are very scratched. Bore is excellent! Gun is complete with a period Bausch & Lomb Balvar 8A scope on Quick Detach Mount. This gun would make a great project gun, it's got good bones and is worthy of a second chance! .308 Winchester
