Marlin Model 1895. In .45-70 Govt. 26" full octagon barrel; full length magazine; curved steel buttplate . Manufactured in 1895; SN = 131284. Rifle was reblued sometime prior to 1977 when I acquired it from my grandfather's estate. Excellent blue job; some detail and crispness lost to the prep job. Stock was likely varnished (dings and scrapes but no cracks). Bore is good to very good. Action very solid. Functions perfectly. approximately 200 rounds of ammunition available along with dies if wanted (contact me for a price).
