Description:
Mannlicher-Schoenauer model MC manufactured in 1962. Chambered for 338 Winchester Magnum on a true Mannlicher magnum action fitted with a Griffin & Howe quick detachable side mount. Barrel is 26" long with banded front sight, two leaf rear island sight marked 100/300 yards and a barrel mounted sling stud. Rifle was re-stocked with a beautiful piece of Turkish walnut fitted out with and ebony fore end tip and red Silvers recoil pad. Finish is of the London oil type. This is another of my personal collection that served me well in Tanzania back in 2000 taking all plains game and three of the Big Five.
