Got a Remington UMC 1911 45acp by Turnbull WW1 Customized by Jim Garthwaite. There is full original documentation with test target, and even original VCI Parchment Papers Corrosion Prevention that it was delivered in.
Base piece was Remington WWI reproduction build by Turnbull . This is a little blurb on the base piece..................This is the "Remington-UMC Commemorative 1911", a joint venture between Remington Arms and Turnbull Mfg. Co. to reintroduce a historically accurate WWI era Remington-UMC 1911. This 1911 comes with all the period appropriate markings including the correct slide markings, E.E.C. and Eagle's Head inspection stamps, and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" marking on the frame...........................
Look closely at the pictures. I have set the firearm on props for the pictures. You get the firearm, all original documentation, box, and text target. The party who ordered it will be blocked for privacy reasons.
Listed as USED but is a safe queen that has had very few rounds through it. This came from the estate of an FFL/SOT Gun Smith, Gun Store that is out of business. This is or was inventory. There will be countless other listings from this inventory over the next 4 to 5 years. We are selling for the store. This is NOT a liquidation. There are no lists and will be no lists.
