Payment Types Accepted: cashier check postal money order Description: The Colt Model 1849 London Pocket revolver was manufactured at the London factory from circa 1853 through to 1857 with its own serial range from 1 through to approximately 11000.  This Colt Model 1849 London, serial number 1412 was manufactured in 1854. This is a fine specimen of the Colt Model 1849 Pocket revolver that has retained very nice case coloring on both sides of the receiver and the loading lever along with approximently 50%---75% of the blueing throughout the balance of the gun.  All London manufactured revolvers proof marks are present with Crown over GP and Crown over V on the barrel, along with the stamped marks on alternate chambers of the cylinder. The Stagecoach scene on the cylinder still very nicely defined. The 6" octagon barrel has the two-line ‘ADDRESS COL COLT./LONDON’ with a bracket and finials at both ends on the barrel.  All matching serial numbers. Comes with the original cased box and all parts and items still in very nice original condition. It also still has the original loading and cleaning instruction on the inside of the lid (this item is often missing). All inquires are welcome. Shipping will be actual cost.
