Very nice Ogden Arsenal post WWII rebuild. Looks exceptionally good and would make an excellent representative piece for any military collector. This rifle passes the go / no-go head space test and has the buttery smooth action the 1903 springfield is famous for. The muzzle guage at .00309, not unfired, but a nice shootable bore. Although the rifle has been checked and test fired by a professional gunsmith, shooter safety is the sole responsibility of the buyer and no shooting warranty is offered or implied on any used weapon. Buyer pays his own local holder's fees.The item will be shipped insured in a hard case via UPS ground for a flat rate of $50.00 in the contiguous US. There is a 3-business day, non-firing, no disassembly approval period starting from the time the rifle is delivered to the designated FFL holder.
