Description:
For your consideration, a Colt Ace Service Model chambered in .22 LR. The piece is fitted with a set of pewter grip panels by the late silversmith, Sid Bell. These consist of a Colt rampant pony motif at left and Samuel Colt's self-styled coat of arms with the Latin motto, "vincit qui patitur" at right. The grips have some minor nicks and loss of detail due to handling. The piece dates to 1978. .22 Long Rifle
