This Springfield Armory Model U.S. Rifle M1A is a right hand semi-auto rifle in .308 Win. Cal. It has a 22 inch barrel plus a muzzle device. A blade front sight with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood. The forearm lower half is a smooth grip hardwood with the upper half being a brown composite. S/N 406947. .308 Winchester
