Description:
26" tapered round barrel with integral ramp front sight and original hood. Blanking plate dovetailed in rear barrel sight boss. Figured walnut stock with black forend tip, inletted swivel bases, capped pistol grip, classic comb with pancake cheekpiece, and maker's original red rubber recoil pad. Bausch & Lomb Balvar 2.5-8x scope with fine tapered crosshair reticle on Buehler mount, adjustable for windage and elevation. Pull: 13 1/2". Mfd 1950. All original. Wood in excellent condition. Retaining 99% barrel blue, 98% bottom metal blue, thinning on bolt knob. Excellent bore. Including a new Buehler Little Blue Peep auxiliary iron sight, an assortment of Buehler replacement scope mount screws, the original Winchester Rocky Mountain rear barrel sight, and the original Winchester-marked leather sling with SuperGrade swivels.
