Description:
General Specs: Browning, Year 1966, 20 Gauge, 6lb 12oz, Chokes 0.016, LOP 14 5/16", DAH 2 3/8", DAC 1 1/2"
Serial Number: 6Z 6064

Needing little introduction the Browning A5 is one of the most iconic shotguns ever designed. With its signature humpback receiver design, the Browning's Auto-5 is instantly recognizable and with more than 2.7 million made. It is a common sight both in the wild and the more manicured lawns of Skeet and Trap lines! These guns were made to be used and millions of hunters and sportsmen did just that, slinging billions of rounds of ammo at all kind of targets and they're still going strong!

Belgium Manufactured in 1966 and weighing a svelte 6lb 12oz with a Factory Vent Rib, 27 1/2" barrel, Mod choke and mirror bore, this gun is in great condition with some light wear and marks testifying to this gun's usefulness in the field. In perfect mechanical condition, this A5 has excellent bluing on the barrel with a very small area of scratches near the forearm and complimented with a checkered French Walnut stock. It is built in the much sought after long tang round knob configuration, and is in fact the last year of that style, framed by classic Browning engraving still sharp and clear and capped with an art nouveau style Browning hard rubber buttplate. With a stock LOP of 14 5/16" and a trigger pull of 3.5lb, this Auto 5 is looking for some action!

Overall this gun is just a good honest Browning Light Twenty, and its all ready for your next shoot!
