Mossberg Model 35 Target Grade - Bolt Action- Single Shot .22 LR Rifle - Large walnut smoothe pistol grip stye stock with cheek plate and full beavertail forend. 1.25 in . wide sling swivels with leather carry strap. 26 in. long bull barrel x13/16 th. dia. Bore is clean and bright. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx 85 % bluing . Wgt. 8.25 lbs. Metal butt plate in excellent condition . Lyman No. 4 micrometer rear peep target sight and a Lyman No. 17 global front sight. Adjustable trigger spring. Stock and forend are in excellent condition with a few minor handling marks. The overall condition is exceptional considering the age of this rifle. This was Mossberg's initial target rifle manufactured from 1935 to 1937. Many variations and additional models were developed as a result of this initial design. Definately collector quality.
