Westley Richards Ovundo 12 gauge Deluxe Model Droplock. Highly engraved with acanthus scroll and detailed game scene. Original condition throughout with a high percentage of case color. Hinged floor plate with full coverage engraving. Removable locks with workmanship beyond compare. Westley Richards Patent One Trigger - selectable. Well functioning and tested on the international trap range with great success. Auto safety. Barrels are 30" with full and full chokes. Bores measure .738. Under barrel has 48/1000 constriction while top is 38/1000. Chambers are 2 3/4". Tapered concave top rib. Tight on face / no loose ribs / no cracks to wood. Side rib is engraved "Westley Richards 178 Bond Street, London, Gun Maker by Appointment to his Majesty George V, Rex Et Imp "Ovundo". Other side rib - Von Lengerke & Antoine, Chicao, Agents". Stock has an elegant Prince of Wales grip and heel and engraved toe plates. Forend has a horn tip. LOP is 14 1/4". Drop at comb - 1 9/16". Drop at heel - 2 5/8". Cast is fairly nuetral. Weight of gun is 7 LBS 6 OZ. Shipping is $100.
