Description:
The ergonomic design and simple operation of the Walther® P22® makes it a fun semi-auto rimfire pistol for plinking and informal target shooting. The P22 operates with an external hammer and a double- and single-action trigger, a thumb safety blocks the firing pin, and an additional safety prevents the pistol from firing if dropped. The frame is constructed of black polymer with a non-slip cross-directional grip surface. An integral Picatinny rail provides for attaching aftermarket sights and lights. The ambidextrous magazine release is easily reached with the shooter's thumb. The Walther P22 Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol comes with 3-dot, low-profile sights that are quick to acquire in a variety of lighting, while interfering minimally when drawing the pistol from a holster or bag. The rear sight is screw adjustable for windage. Standard P22 models have a threaded barrel for easy addition of a suppressor or to change to a 5" target barrel. Manufactured 2010. .22 Long Rifle
