IBM M1 Carbine April 1944 .30 Caliber Carbine
This IBM Model U.S. Carbine M1 is a semi-auto rifle in .30 Carbine Cal with an 18 inch barrel. A blade front sight with protective sides and a flip two position aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood. S/N 3918073 which places it in April 1944 production. Top of barrel is stamped I.B.M. Corp.
Chambers: 15 round detachable magazine.
Metal Condition: Good. Minor wear.
Wood Condition: Has many light handling marks.
Bore Condition: Very Good.
Barrels: 18 inch.
Stock Dimensions:
LOP 13 1/8 inches.
Fore End: Smooth grip two piece hardwood.
Butt Pad: Checkered steel cap.
Weight: 5 Lb. 8 Oz.
Sights: Blade front with protective sides. Flip two position aperture rear.
