Colt SAA. That is about all that I (think I) know for certain! By the serial number, this is an 1877 vintage model but I am quite sure that most of this gun is spurious.
..The barrel is a 4 3/4" 45 LC. The bore is bright and strong rifling. The barrel engraving??
..The frame is obviously black powder so it is an ANTIQUE.
..It probably should have a bullseye ejector rod
..The number stamped on the frame does match the number stamped on the inside of the grip frame
...The one piece grips are, of course, not original

..The action functions well AND it is a fun "cowboy" SAA.
