A good working Standard 1875 Marlin .32 rim fire revolver that indexes and locks up good with about no wobble, with original black hard rubber grips in very good condition, with a captured star at the top no other markings.. The brass frame may have been silver plated at one time. The top of of the barrel has a legend that this gun was made by Marlin, with M982~STANDARD 1875, and the 31/8" barrel has a clean rifled bore with some surface corrosion nearer the breech.This has the long cylinder flues.. Overall a nice 19th Century rim fire revolver. When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
