French Guild – DBl Barrel – 20 ga - Stk #C324
This double barrel shot gun is made by French Guild and is chambered for the 20 gauge shells. The (2) 27-1/2” blued tapered smooth bore round barrels are in good condition with minor sporadic pitting and finish wear. The bores are in good condition with some pitting near the chambers, Right barrel has a modified choke and the left barrel is an improved modified choke. There is a front fixed silver bead mounted to the matted rib. The receiver has a tasteful scenic engraving of an elk in the mountains on one side, with a hunting dog on the other and a leaf designs on top. The Skip line “French style” hand checkered Walnut butt stock and forend are in good condition, with the exception of handling/usage marks and an epoxied spot on the left side of the butt stock. Please Note: The finish has been removed from the butt stock and checkering is heavily worn. The stock has a 3/4” rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 14-3/4– 13-3/4”. Overall length is 44-1/4”. Weight is 6.0 lbs.
NOTE: the safety on the right barrel trigger does not work correctly.
