Description:
This is an ANIB Model 1860 Henry Rifle reproduction manufactured by Uberti. This is a reproduction of the famed Henry rifle of the Civil War era. From Uberti's : "B. Tyler Henry of the New Haven Arms Company introduced the Henry the year the Civil War began. Only 1,700 of the lever-action repeating rifles were issued to Union troops, but the gun's reputation quickly grew." This rifle is chambered in .44-40 Winchester, and the gun is marked as .44 WCF. The gun has a Blued Steel Barrel and Magazine Tube, Brass receiver and Butt plate, and Case Hardened Lever and Hammer. The Barrel is an Octagonal profile, 6 groove, 1:20 RH twist. The gun has a capacity of 13 + 1. The overall length is 43.3". The weight is 9 lbs. .44-40 Winchester
