Description:
This FN Herstal Browning Model High Power military surplus semi auto pistol in 9MM Parabellum is in good condition. The black slide and frame are good with various proof marks and has been arsenal refurbished to military specs. This FN High Power was a military contract grade pistol from the beginning and never was a high luster pristine pistol. The 4.6" carbon steel barrel is good with sharp clear rifling in its bore. The factory curved smooth trigger is firm and crisp on release. This FN also has the thumb indent and black checkered Bakelite hand grips which dates it to 1958 and prior. The thumb indent was discontinued in 1958. The words High Power do not appear on this pistol anywhere, but from the physical appearance it is typical Browning High Power. The LH slide is stamped Fabrique Nationale D'Arms De Guerre Herstal Belgique. The FN High Power was sold to 68 different countries pre and post World Wars. You can own a piece of military history today. This FN High Power does not come with a box or any other accessories. 9mm Parabellum
