This William R. "Bill " Hurt knife # 237 out of 251 knives ever produced during his knifemaking career is a one-of-a-kind spear point fighter type with an 7-1/2-inch blade by 1-inch wide. Thisi is a very rare integral model by the maker with a tiger stripes curly maple hanlde with a wood-lined basswood scabbard covered with African Kudy antelope skin. Made in July 2004. The last entry in Hurt's knife record book indicates that knife # 251 was made in mid-june 2005. An extremeky pretty knife from this talented knifemaker.
