Springfield 50/70 Allin Conv. civil war musket in very good to near fine condition. Wonderful never sanded deep tone walnut stock with sharp cartouche on left flat. All steel parts are bright without pitting. Lock plate and breechblock are markings are very good. Very good shiny rifled bore and civil war bayonet. Civil war sling stamped Watervelet arsenal is complete and in great Cond. Only 25,000 were produced and were used in the Sioux indian war, 1866-1868. Everything is complete and original and selling the complete lot at a good price.
