Description:
An excellent original condition Winchester Model 37 16 Ga Single Barrel with 28 Inch full choke barrel. Barrel has the full choke marking and also a 2&3/4 marking for the length of the shell (kind of unusual as there were only 2&9/16 inch 16 ga shells available when this gun was made). Bore and chamber are excellent. Of course no serial number present. Bottom of receiver stamped with the WINCHESTER red letter marking. Metal with most all original blue and wood is solid, most all stock and forearm finish (only minor handling marks), etc. A very nice model 37 16 Ga shotgun - collector quality. It does have C&R status.
