Description:
General Specs: Winchester, Year c. 1942/3, .32 WS, 6lb 8oz, LOP 13 5/16"
Serial Number: 1330144

Americas favorite deer rifle! The perfect hunting gun either on foot or from the saddle, the '94 is lightweight, nimble, safe and reliable.  Designed by John Browning, the Model 1894 is the rifle most associated with the Winchester name. It has sold over 7,000,000 units and is often referred as the "ultimate lever-action". Offered throughout its production in many different configurations along with a myriad of customer customizable options, the 1894's are very varied and often unique.

This handy solid frame Winchester carbine has the long wood forearm, a checkered hammer and 20" barrel. The all original wood finish and factory bluing exhibit just the right amount of use to make this rifle cool! The gun still bears the Winchester Trade Mark and Made in U.S.A. on its upper tang.

Built circa 1942, this carbine shows some honest edge silvering and slightly worn bluing mostly around the balance point. A few scratches and some wood dings suggest that has been used in its natural hunting habitat, attesting to a gun that has earned its persona while stalking the woods and prairies of America. The front barrel band has a few marks that maybe only the original owner could explain, but they seem to add to the rifles character and maybe a little intrigue! Well cared for and sporting a crisp target-like trigger with a pull of 1.6lbs, it fires the classic .32 Winchester Special through a mirrored bore. With its smooth lever action it begs to be taken out for some more fast action fun! A classic.
