Remington model 14A pump-action centerfire rifle in .35 Remington. The model 14 was designed by John Pedersen to compete with the popular Winchester lever action rifles. The rifle has a unique spiral magazine tube to prevent bullet tips from contacting the primer of the cartridge in front of them. The .35 Remington is a medium-power cartridge with moderate recoil.
