Excellent example of a World War II era Italian Carcano M91 Cavalry Carbine rifle! Dated 1942--or year 20 (Roman numeral XX) of Mussolini's Italian Fascist regime--this rifle has outstanding wood furniture and metal. Rifle (serial number PS 7889) functions flawlessly, including its integral, retractable bayonet. Manufactured by Fabbrica Nazionale d'Armi, Brescia (FNA-B), the rifle has an excellent bore, is a good shooter, and has interesting proof marks on the metal.
