New in the box of course, this one comes with the red laser and right hand thumb safety. 3-dot sights, one 7 round mag and one 8 round extended mag. I find these Shields to be extremely comfortable and concealable handguns even if you have large hands. Great gun for the money. $35 shipping to the lower 48, 3% surcharge for using a CC.
