Description:
This U.S. Springfield No Model (1873) is in okay condition for its age, but there are chunks and chips taken out of the wood, the metal is also in okay condition for its age, but there is some rust and pitting scattered all over the gun. The U.S. Springfield Model 1873 was adopted by the United States in 1873 and saw service though 1892. The "BAT JAC" marking on the left side of the stock is a common marking for weapons used in John Wayne movies such as "The Alamo" None
