++++SOLD++++ Here we have a minty High Standard 106 Military Supermatic Citation .22 long rifle target pistol made in Hamden, CT in 1968 with makers original box. High Standard is known within the shooting community to have made top quality products that are very highly regarded. This pistol has a 5.5" crowned bull target barrel with fixed front sight and micrometer adjust rear sight. The bore is bright with excellent rifling. This pistol has very rich deep bluing and has very few handling marks for a 50+-year-old firearm. The walnut grip panels are in excellent condition and have sharp deeply cut checkering. The grips have a thumb rest incorporated for right-handed shooters. The bottom of the barrel has screw holes that allow the addition of target shooting weights. This fine pistol would make a great addition to the collection of any avid target shooter. The pistol comes with one magazine and the original makers box.
