Description:
Antique CIVIL WAR French MAUBEUGE Model 1810/22 Percussion CONVERSION Pistol

EARLY 19th Century French Army Pistol

Here we present an antique French Model 1810 Flintlock to Percussion Conversion Pistol, made circa 1822 at the Maugeuge Arsenal.  This pistol would have started out life as a flintlock and likely converted to percussion circa the 1840s.

The overall condition is very good. Excellent action. The bore on this example remains bright, smooth, and reflective. Legible markings. Nicely refinished. The stock/grip are solid throughout with very little attrition. “1822” dated barrel.

Own the original! This is a legitimate antique and not a reproduction.

Barrel is 7-7/8 inches.

Caliber: .69 Percussion

Overall condition as seen in photos.
