VIRGINAL, SAVAGE 311, 12 GA. 28" BARRELS, 16 1/4' LOP.,SER 10200. MFG 1978. THIS ESTATE "ATTIC QUEEN" IS TRULY VIRGINAL. THIS CASE COLORED BEAUTY SHOWS NO EVIDENCE OF EVER BEEN FIRED. IT HAS RETAINED 99.99+% OF THE ORIGINAL FACTORY BLUE. THE BEAUTIFUL CASE HARDENED RECIEVER, LIKEWISE. THERE IS NOT A BLEMISH OF ANY KIND ON ANY OF THE METAL ASSEMBLIES. THE WOODEN STOCK IS SIMILAR BUT DOES HAVE SEVERAL VERY TINY SURFACE BLEMISHES. IT APPEARS TO LOCK UP TIGHT AND FUNCTION PERFECTLY. STILL ATTACHED TO THE TRIGGER GUARD IS THE ORIGINAL SAVAGE CONSUMER SAFETY BOOKLET AND A LONG GONE EERS TAG. THE SHOTGUNS WERE MADE ALL THE WAY UNTIL THE LATE 80s, MAKING IT ONE OF THE LAST AMERICAN MADE UTILITY DOUBLE BARREL AMERICAN SHOTGUNS.
